Move on with your life, they said.
Forget her, they said.
But how could Ben Edwards forget the woman who was supposed to be his forever? When Grace Stevens disappeared—without a word, without a trace—she took half his soul with her.
Despite the heartbreak, Ben tried. He tried to take their advice by pursuing his career. He tried to find fulfillment in his work. He tried to find peace.
Grace had been the love of his life. Her fingerprints were on every surface of his existence. He had success and wealth. He had everything, except her.
Then fate stepped in one serendipitous night. The hope he’d held on to for three long, agonizing years appeared before him in the form of a picturesque beauty.
Was she real, or an apparition returning to haunt him? He wasn’t sure, but he wouldn’t stop until he found his missing love. Every minute mattered, and he wouldn’t waste a second chance.

Review
Missing Grace has to be one of
the most unique second chance romances that I’ve read in a while. The journey that S.L. Scott takes us on is a
powerful and thought-provoking one of rediscovery. But it's not the usual type of rediscovery
that one might expect. It thoroughly
surprised and enchanted me. The suspense
aspect of the story kept me on my toes and while I could kind of see the
threads weaving together pretty early on, I really wasn’t able to catch the
whole picture until later. It’s a breathtaking
story of hope, devotion, love and never giving up.
This is an emotional story. There is angst in these pages—it wasn’t a
complete ugly cry for me but I was tearing up on and off for a good 85% of
it. And there were a few times I wanted
to toss my Kindle out the window. The
character development is amazing. The
two main characters have intricate backstories that are interwoven. Their personalities are complex with
strengths, weaknesses, and flaws. The
secondary characters add an additional depth.
