Our Review
Oh how I loved His. This book has so much potential to be a new favorite of mine! The story of Quinn and Andrew is one that I fell in love with from the very beginning of this book.
Quinn is a take no shit, all in type of woman and I love her character so much for it! She is a survivor living on the streets of New York with her little sister. They are running from their past and only have each other to rely on. Quinn really surprised me in the book because even though she is such a badass, she is still a loving person and will help anyone in need.
I was not surprised by Andrew’s reaction to Quinn and how quickly he began to fall for her or the amount of intrigue she riled up in him. Andrew is the typical brooding, self-preserved billionaire we always read about, or so we think. However, whenever Quinn starts to peel back the many layers of Andrew we can not help but to fall in love with him. He will do anything to protect what is his and Quinn just made the list.
I truly loved where this story went, but on the same note I was slightly disappointed about how fast the ending came and went. I felt as if it needed a little more unfolding than what was given. Even with that tiny little nick in the reading I still fell in love with the story of Andrew and Quinn. -Daddy L
