RELEASE BLITZ
EL DIABLO
RELEASE DATE: AUGUST 30TH, 2016
I was ruthless.
I was feared.
I had sacrificed. Myself. Her. Everything...
Living in a world where I was worth more dead than alive was
a choice. I was a bad man, never claimed to be anything else. I’ve done things
I’m not proud of. Seen things that can’t be unseen. I’ve caused pain that I
can’t undo.
It was all my choice.
Every decision.
Every order.
Right and wrong never mattered.
Until her.
She was under my protection, until she became my obsession.
But who was going to save her...
From. Me. The devil himself.
Fate brought us together. Destiny destroyed us.
“Go stretch again, cariƱo,” I ordered in a dominant tone. Nodding to the barre.
“I’m fine,” she stubbornly replied. Shaking her legs and arms out. Getting back into position, looking at me through the mirror.
I cocked my head to the side, arching an eyebrow. She narrowed her eyes at me, but begrudgingly listened. I pressed play, allowing the melody to once again take over. She placed her leg on the lowest barre, making her ass stick out in my direction.
Tempting me.
She closed her eyes, needing to get lost in the music, wanting to push away all the negative thoughts, already feeling discouraged. I stood, taking off my suit jacket. Rolling up the sleeves of my collared shirt as I stepped onto the hardwood floor. I slowly came up behind her, catching her off guard.
She froze, turning around, opening her eyes. Peering up at me through her lashes. “What are you doing?”
I leaned forward against her ear, grinning. “I’m helping you stretch.” Getting down on my knees in front of her.
Her eyes dilated. The feeling of disappointment replaced with nothing but lust. She placed her arms out to the side, resting up against the barre, supporting her weight. I grabbed her ankle, lifting it up in the air, rubbing along her leg as it was fully stretched, before setting it on the lowest barre. Running my other hand up her side, easing her over toward the extended leg. She understood what I was doing, reaching for her ankle, stretching. Standing back up, bringing her arms above her head, I caressed along her leg again, casually turning her torso so her leg was still placed on the barre behind her.
Her breathing hitched as I touched her all over her lower body. My lips softly kissing the inside of her thigh to where she wanted my mouth the most.

Review
I was waiting on baited breath for this book to hit my
kindle. With the little teasers here and
there that had leaked out over the months, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on
this one. And once I did, I couldn’t
stop reading until I was done. It took
me less than three hours to completely devour this book. It consumed me. This is just what happens when a writer can
fully draw me into their world like M. Robinson did. I felt as if I was an invisible bystander, a
fly on the wall if you will, of Martinez’s life watching as everything unfolded.
Alejandro Martinez was being groomed to be the Boss. One day he was going to take over for his
father and be in charge of the illegal businesses his father currently ruled
over but that day hadn’t come yet. This
all changed one night before his fifteenth birthday. Tragedy struck and destruction rained on his
life. From then on, his life was
different. And as the years went on,
tragedy, destruction and darkness would become his only companions. Lexi has had nothing but ballet since she
was young. Her mother deserted her into depression. Her step-dad abandoned her into alcohol and
then betrayed her. When she meets the
much older Martinez, she’s attracted to him from the first glance. But the push and pull of their attraction and
his darkness is a lot to handle. Is it
too much? Or can a girl less than half
his age be El Diablo’s redemption?
I was really worried that El Diablo was going to be too dark for me but it wasn’t. It was just right. Now I have to admit that prior to reading
this, Complicate Me was the only M.
Robinson book to make me cry. I can now
add this to the list of books that can make me sob. The feels that she pulls out of you in this
book far surpass her others. This one
hurt my heart to the point that I would often catch myself rubbing my chest
over it. I don’t often find myself
falling for the anti-hero, but I definitely did here. And I definitely won't look at a barre the same again. Definitely a must read, I highly recommend
this book. It doesn’t disappoint. -Peace and Love, Buxom J
I really enjoyed the storyline behind El Diablo. I rated it only four stars because I had a hard time with the fact that in the beginning of the book I felt that the characters were too young to be doing and saying something of the things that they were and it didnt not fit with my idea of them. Now, I know this is going to be interpreted differently by everyone, but this was my honest opinion. - Daddy L
El Diablo has been on my list of must reads pretty much since I got that first email with the sign up. It has looked and sounded so good since day 1. I could not wait to get my grubby little hands on this book. M Robinson knows what she is doing whenever it comes to her characters. She brings you into this world she has created in her pretty little head and it is near impossible to find the want to leave.
El Diablo, Alejandro, or Mr. Martinez. Whatever it is that you want to call him. The crime boss of the century. He is all male, all consuming, and all powerful. Alejandro MArtinez was born into the life of crime. Blood, drugs, guns, and women has all he has ever known. WIth so many people loved and lost in his life it is hard for him to ever let anyone close to him… until Lexi. Lexi came into Alejandro’s life whenever she was young. He knew then something was different about this little girl and he couldn’t keep her around to find out what it is. The chemistry that builds between these two through the years is one of monumental proportions. Lexi will keep you on your toes with her witty comebacks and her sassy attitude. Martinez will keep you on the edge of your seat with his sexy alpha personality and damn good looks. It’s definitely a book to remember.
