Oh. My. God. If you love all things taboo, dark, and so wrong you can’t fathom being right, then you will love Feyness. This book is everything. My read of the summer. My new love. Everything. E.S. Carter just made my list of authors to build a shrine for and a shrine it will be.This book is not or the faint of heart. It isn’t for those who are easily triggered and definitely should be branded with a big warning label. However, if you want something that is going to leave you freaking out, at a loss for words, and a whole lot of turned on by some very bad men then I suggest you PICK IT THE FUCK UP.
Faye Craven is left motherless and in a world where her father is the king of all things evil and dark. She is set to marry a man who is more monstrous than her father. A man that wants nothing to do with her or her family. She knows life is about to get even more bloody and gruesome.
Cole Hunter is the type of man that you fear more than the devil himself and then you kind of-- scratch that-- you HAVE to want to do unspeakable things to. He is angry and out for blood. Whenever he is presented with taking something from the man who taken everything from him, he can’t pass up the opportunity to use her to his advantage. What he doesn’t account for is the woman who gets under his skin, when all he wanted to do was wear her as his second.
I seriously can not get over how much this book rocked my world. Feyness is everything. I promise that if you like your books with a whole lot of dark romance then you are in the right place. E.S.
