Death. Everyone fears him. No one gets close to him. Dead bodies and hookers are his life in a nutshell, until he meets Ms. Pollie. This beauty has caught the eyes of Death and she doesn’t even know what is coming for her. She is perfect where he is scarred. She is innocent where he is filth. Which only makes them perfect for each other. That is until she finds out what he really does for fun. Then it’s a matter of can she lay with Death at night knowing he will leave her for his acid vats.

This book is so very good. It kept me on my toes from beginning to end. I am forever in Death and Pollie’s corner, rooting for them and their chemistry filled love games. I need them. After I read Distrust and was left with that cliffy. I could not wait to get my hands on Distrust from T.L. Smith. I was antsy until I had that beauty sitting in my kindle and let me just tell you. The anticipation was worth the amount of anxiety induced stress I experienced. T.L. Smith knows what the heck is going on.
