Talk about saving a horse and riding a cowboy…I need to find me a cowboy like this. What an
amazingly heartwarming story. Stolen Away is sweet, flirty fun wrapped
up with a nice steamy bow. I enjoyed
reading it thoroughly. I’m not a huge
fan of cowboy romances anymore. I went
through a huge phase when in my late teens and kind of burned out. But this was such an easy, smooth read that I
was able to immerse myself easily. I
haven’t read the other books in the series but it wasn’t necessary, I was able
to jump in with both feet easily.
Cash has a reputation of being a dawg. He’s got a flirty little grin that just melts
panties all over town and he definitely melted mine too. I loved how protective and supportive he was
of Emma. He knew right away he couldn’t
treat her like he does other woman; he had to handle her with care. And he does.
Emma’s broken and vulnerable. She’s
been in the hands of an abusive ex and has only now gathered the courage to
break free. But under all that fear,
there’s a steel magnolia waiting to bloom.
It was breathtaking to watch.
I also loved all the side characters, I’m going to have to
go out and get the first two books. Ms.
Marts, I think you may have resurrected my love of cowboy romances. Thank you for that, everyone needs a cowboy
or two in their lives every now and then.
Despite deep story line of domestic violence, there was no over the top
angst or drama. And the feels were all
tempered in the love and hospitality of the folks at Tucked Away ranch and
Broken Falls, MT.

Screw all that business of not getting involved with
her.
He wanted her. Wanted to kiss her so badly he could
taste it. Wanted to kiss her beyond all reason, beyond good sense.
Closer.
His head screaming at him to stop, but his heart and
his body ignoring it, crying out with their own desires of want and need. He’d
been thinking about her and now here she was—warm and in the flesh and so close
to being in his arms.
His hands itched to slide up her arms, to caress her
skin, to plunge into her hair. He ached to pull her to him, to slide her body
