Foster An Author: The Dating Series - Jacki Kelly

Phoebe knows her father has good intentions.  He’s come up with some pretty crazy activities before, but two blind dates in one weekend are too much.  She’ll suffer through the dates if he promises to stop meddling.  Then she meets Cory. He’s the perfect man for her in every way. But she can’t help wondering if his interest has more to do with a promotion and less to do with her. Will she trust her instincts enough to find out?

All Yani wanted was a remodeled kitchen and bathroom for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. But from the moment she spotted Drew, there was nothing ordinary about him. His tool belt and ponytail put him in a different class from all the other men in her past and that threatened to keep them apart.
For Drew the uptight and principled Yani was like an unexpected gift. Only she didn’t know it yet. Getting beyond the barriers blocking their path wouldn’t be easy, but he was willing to try if she would only give him a chance.
Would Yani be able to shut out years of advice and follow her heart, or would she succumb to the pressure and walk away from the man she loved?

Running into an old love isn’t so bad, unless he dumped you for an old girlfriend. Cat Preston thought her love for Jeremy Gavin had found a quiet corner to languish in, but seeing him stirs up every emotion, opening all the wounds she tried so hard to heal. Being with him again could be more dangerous than before.

Jacki Kelly has been writing since her fourth grade teacher made her keep a journal for a grade. Now she does it to keep track of all the fascinating and heartbreaking moments that life throws our way. Poetry, personal essays, short stories and novels have all occupied space in her heart and her hard drive.

Jacki loves to read almost as much as she likes to write. When she’s not reading or writing, she’s walking her adorable cocker spaniel or on the golf course. Her idea of bliss is squeezing all this stuff into one day. Happy Reading!
