Growing up my parents always told me never to talk to strangers. They scared me with stories of the boogeyman, monsters under my bed, and bad things to happen to bad little girls. Now, I have a different boogey man to tell my daughters about and his name is Benny and he has some dollies that are sick, sick, sick.
Jade Phillips was always told about talking to strangers, too. Unfortunately, she and her little sister Mary don’t listen very well and end up being lured into the back of a van while shopping at their usual weekend flea market. For four years, Benny, has kept his little dollies away from the world until his dirty little doll escapes. Jade has never stopped looking for her sister Mary even getting on the police force to have better access to find her. Now, with the help of her partner Dillon Scott she is closer than ever to finding out where Benny and her sister are.
Dillon Scott has been Jade Phillips partner for eight months. In that time frame he has come to respect the woman for her dedication to work even if she gives him hell most of the time.
