Is it hot in here or is it just me? The men of the Moonshine Task Force can put
me in cuffs any day. Especially
Havoc. Tall, tattooed, and built he is
protective, possessive, and knows just what to say to make a woman melt. Leighton is one lucky woman. She’s sweet, caring, and the opposite of
everything her family stands for. The
connection between these two was combustible.
I swear I could feel the sexual tension radiating off the pages. Watching them together was like watching a
ballroom dance—they would skirt around each other, come together, then break
away, then come back together and well you get the picture. Sometimes this kind of push-pull drives me
nuts. But Laramie Briscoe worked her
magic and made it work.
This book was fantastic.
I absolutely adore the men of MTF and the women who love them. This was the first series of Briscoe’s that I
picked up and I AM HOOKED. There’s
low-key drama that works with storyline, little hints about upcoming MTF stories
to drive you wild, and of course seeing the great couples that have come
before. The writing is well-paced, the
characters are well-developed, and the book on a whole is just well-written.
If you haven’t picked up one of these books yet, you
should. These are men that you’ll want
on your book boyfriend list.
